I was shocked to find no shampoo in my room, and the staff showed zero appreciation for my needs, stating housekeeping doesn't work at night-how inconsiderate! Without a fridge or water bottles, simple comforts were neglected. With all my inconveniences, i expected at least a welcome gift to compensate. But no, just mediocrity!

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, enjoying the spacious cleanliness of my room and the fresh breakfast that kick-started my mornings, while being just a short walk to the beautiful Mokotów Field with me with a perfect spot to relax and appreciate some greenery in the bustling city.
